Yes, our tours are wheelchair and baby stroller accessible. Our tours take place on public sidewalks across our neighborhood routes, and we do our absolute best to keep the path comfortable, flat, and accessible for all guests.

We can accommodate some common dietary preferences with advance notice, such as vegetarian options or guests who do not eat pork, beef, chicken, or fish. Please let us know your dietary needs when booking.

Please Note: We cannot guarantee accommodations for vegan diets or severe/life-threatening food allergies. Because food is prepared by third-party restaurants and local businesses, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.

Yes! The Little Havana tour includes a visit to a local cigar factory experience, where guests can learn about the tradition of hand-rolled premium cigars and the important role cigar culture plays in Little Havana.

Our walking tours operate rain or shine! Miami weather can change quickly, but the local culture, art, and history never stop. We highly recommend bringing an umbrella or light rain poncho if the forecast predicts showers. In the event of extreme, unsafe weather conditions, we will contact you directly to arrange a flexible reschedule or a full refund.

Because our tours are fully active experiences conducted on foot through public neighborhood corridors, we do not have a physical storefront or a secure facility to store guest luggage or large bags during the tour. Additionally, our local partner stops and restaurants cannot hold personal items or accept responsibility for guest belongings. We highly recommend utilizing local luggage storage apps or checking bags with your hotel bell desk prior to meeting your guide.

Please plan to arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled tour start time. This ensures a smooth, stress-free check-in process with your guide and keeps our schedule running on time. Because our tours move as a group, we are unable to hold up the experience or offer refunds for late arrivals.

Yes! For our public tours, our booking calendar is open and live online, allowing you to easily select your date and secure your spots. If you are interested in a customized private tour, these are available exclusively by reservation. We highly recommend booking well in advance for both options to guarantee availability, especially for weekend visits and holiday trips.

We offer a simple cancellation policy so you can book with total peace of mind:

Rescheduling: If your plans change unexpectedly, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our absolute best to accommodate a free reschedule to another available date or time if notified in advance.

Full Refunds: You are eligible for a 100% full refund if your cancellation request is sent in writing to *bookings@miamiexperiencecitytours.com at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour departure time and subsequently approved by our team.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour, unapproved cancellation requests, same-day cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows are non-refundable.
