Your tour includes a guided walking experience through Little Havana with Cuban food tastings, culture, history, art, music, Domino Park, cafecito, local landmarks, and a cigar factory experience. Guests will visit authentic local businesses and enjoy a true taste of Miami’s culture.
Our Little Havana tour lasts approximately 2.5 hours, depending on the size and pace of the group.
The tour is an easy walking tour of approximately half a mile, with several stops along the way. We walk at a comfortable pace and make plenty of stops for food, culture, photos, and storytelling. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
The meeting point is at the Bay of Pigs Monument, located on the median strip near:

Your guide will be waiting near the large Cuba monument/map. Please look for your guide at the Bay of Pigs Monument before the tour begins.
There is usually plenty of free street parking available on the streets near the meeting location and throughout the surrounding Little Havana area. We still recommend arriving early to allow enough time to park, especially on weekends, holidays, or during busy local events. Paid parking may also be available nearby if needed.
Yes, children are welcome. This is a family-friendly walking tour. Children can enjoy the food, culture, music, art, and Little Havana experience. We make the tour both educational and fun for children, giving them a chance to learn about Miami’s Cuban culture in an engaging way while enjoying the sights, flavors, and stories of the neighborhood. Children also receive a $20.00 discount on their tour ticket.
Yes, our tours are wheelchair and baby stroller accessible. Our tour takes place on public sidewalks throughout Little Havana, and we do our best to keep the route comfortable and accessible for all guests.
We can accommodate some common dietary preferences with advance notice, such as vegetarian options or guests who do not eat pork, beef, chicken, or fish. Please let us know your dietary needs when booking.
We cannot guarantee accommodations for vegan diets or severe/life-threatening food allergies. Because food is prepared by third-party restaurants and local businesses, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.
The tour runs rain or shine. Please bring an umbrella or poncho if rain is expected. In the rare event of severe weather, tropical storm conditions, or unsafe conditions that require us to cancel the tour, guests will be notified and eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Yes, select drinks are included as part of the tour experience, such as Cuban coffee and other included tastings depending on the itinerary. Guests will also get to enjoy one of Little Havana’s famous mojitos as part of the experience. Additional drinks or items outside the planned tour may not be included unless stated in your booking.
Yes, we offer private tours for small and large groups. Private tours are great for families, friends, corporate groups, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette groups, and special celebrations.

Yes. Our tour is designed for both visitors and locals who want to experience Little Havana in a deeper, more authentic way. Guests will enjoy food, history, culture, art, cigars, cafecito, and local stories that bring the neighborhood to life.
Yes. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour start time to allow time for parking, check-in, and to make sure the tour begins on time.
Yes. The tour includes a visit to a local cigar factory experience, where guests can learn about the tradition of hand-rolled premium cigars and the important role cigar culture plays in Little Havana.
Because our tours are conducted on foot, we are not able to store luggage, bags, or personal belongings during the experience. Our restaurant partners also cannot hold guest items, as they are not responsible for personal property.

What is your cancellation policy for public and private tours?
Public Tours
Public tour reservations may be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, preferably by email, so both the guest and Miami Experience City Tours have a record of the request. We do not process cancellations by phone.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are not eligible for a refund, since your spot has already been reserved and guaranteed. No refunds are issued for no-shows.
Private Tours
To reserve a private tour date and time, a $100 deposit is required. This deposit will be applied toward the final balance.
The remaining balance is due three business days before the tour date.
All private tour cancellation requests must be made in writing by email and must be confirmed by Miami Experience City Tours.
If you cancel 15 days or more before your scheduled private tour date, you will not be charged the remaining balance.
If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled private tour date, the remaining balance will still be due.
